Preventing SIM swap

My apologies for the delay in updating you on this but I now have the steps needed for a SIM swap, please see below.

(1) You must login to Mylebara account on web/app to initiate the SIM swap
(2) A OTP is sent to email address registered with MyLebara account to confirm the SIM swap.

Both or these steps must be completed in order to complete the SIM swap successfully.

I think our point was that you clearly aren't prioritising security when we need to poke and prod you to get an update on something you promised to do months ago. The bigger issue now is what is happening with 2FA / MFA authentication.
