Can we as customers have regular updates via this community network on how Lebara is making improvements within the network and customer service following customer feedback.
it would make me decide whether to stay with Lebara long term or make a move to a more responsive provider . Thanks

Good to see the prize draw but do winners ever get announced?

can Lebara make some effort to improve the quality of the piggyback Vodafone network now that they’ve merged with three network or is Lebara network still subpar ?

evacueeseam0b that's a great suggestion. I'll certainly reach out to the network team to see what, if any information is available in regards to network improvements.

hearme I can confirm that the winners have been confirmed and an announcement will be posted soon!

Genuinely impressed with the whole experience so far. Seemless transition and transparent account. One thing - it should be easier to post a review - maybe a one click link in the main app

Hi, i was initially impressed with Lebara. And i hope my area soon goes back to what it 'was'. ie it was slightly better than O2 (So poo), which is to say My area is generally bad. But with network operators trying to improve the networks it actually seems to get worse. For a long time.
The final straw with O2 was that after having received a text notification that they're trying to "improve" the system in the area- TWO YEARS ago..I received an email from them about a month ago saying/ "Great news we're glad to say we're finished updating your area and the network SHOULD BE much better".. well the last six months before that up until the day was when it was genuinely at its worst!
So anyone who was on O2 and thinking of switching back? Hmmm - your choice could be very wrong.
