No regrets after moving to Lebara. Good coverage with the Vodafone network, but the added advantage of EU roaming that Vodafone charge for. A recent trip to India was included too and at no extra cost. Outside of the included roaming areas, the roaming add ons are good value too. On the few occasions I had to contact customer service, there was a short queue and the agent I spoke to was very helpful.

At this stage, I would NOT recommend Lebara to friends and family. I live in London, the Vodafone signal in my area is supposed to be good but, at home I get either 1 bar or no bars at all. I spoke to Customer Services on more than 1 occasion but the suggestions made no difference. In some other areas I do get a decent signal.

No I’m afraid not,Lebara does not have any physical help in the UK they depend on online help only which is based in India, many of the operators are very difficult to understand, they do not have a decent command of the English language. As there was no one to sort out my problem it took numerous emils & 48 phone calls over a 6 week period to sort out.If you are with EE or any of the others you just go into a store & it is sorted.

Definitely happy to recommend Lebara. Great value, coverage and roaming availability. I've already converted a few friends and family members.

Yes, I would definitely recommend Lebara to my friends and relatives. My husband and I both switched to Lebara at the same time. We were only getting 0.5 gb of data, with unlimited calls and texts for £8.50 each a month. Now we both have 35 Gb of data, unlimited calls and texts for half the price.
I did the transfer of data and switchover for both of us and, following the instructions, it was straightforward.
Before we were constantly worried about going over our data limit but now we don't have to worry; it reduces our stress levels!

This network is kind of a gem. Between me and my family we have three lines and apart from a few glitches then and there, the lines have never disappointed us. Customer service live chat seems friendly and I had a good experience although the person took a while to understand what I was saying and finally called me. My only concern this morning was the call quality from the customer support person . I could barely hear a thing which sounded like one of the ancient overseas calls . If there were one thing Lebara would need to improve, it’s that- Maybe a new set of gear and high tech call handling gadgets.., apart from that I had a pleasant switch on our third line and I’m exploring this community. Thanks Lebara!😊

I would definitely not recommend Lebara. Absolutely abysmal coverage. Sometimes I can’t even get coverage in the centre of London and in some rural area it’s just non-existent
I left O2 because I thought their coverage was below par, but it is amazing compared with Lenara and I’m going to change back to O2. When I’m with friends, they are absolutely astonished that I can’t get a signal when they sometimes have 5G!

I don’t think my previous reply was posted, so I’m reposting to say that I wouldn’t recommend Lebara because the signal is absolutely abysmal. Even in the centre of London sometimes I haven’t got a signal, this in a capital city. Absolutely ridiculous.
I’m away in my Campervan a lot as well and in many rural areas it’s non-existent.
My friends are amazed when they have 5G and I probably have two bars of E if that.
I left O2 because I thought their coverage wasn’t that good, but it was amazing compared to Lebara so I’m going to return to O2 and lick my wounds
