I would definitely recommend Lebara it’s good value for money and the coverage is great. I like the fact that Lebara doesn’t increase their charges on an annual basis which is a breath of fresh air. I also like the reward system Lebara offer for recommending a friend or a family member. Keep up the good work. Thank you. RobGen

Would I recommend Lebara? Most definitely.
The network coverage and service is so much better than my previous provider and at about half the cost. I appreciate this is essentially on the back of the Vodafone network but at this price? Nah.
I also had some sign on issues, all of my own making incidentally, but these were resolved quickly by Customer Service.
Recently I took a trip to Cape Verde and decided, as I have in the past, to use an e-sim from a different provider. Although this has been my previous practice, and Lebara do not curently "do" e-sim, it was also about half the price of the Lebara add on. Sadly on arrival I spent two days trying to get the damn thing to work and literally hours with their Customer Service only for it to fail miserably.
After soliciting, and receiving a refund, I decided to purchase the Lebara add on (still relatively reasonable) and it worked immediately - and on the network that the e-sim could not connect to!
10/10 Lebara. Thanks for great service.

Fab sim only prices I was paying at least double with Vodafone and Lebara uses the same network so win win.

I had been with 1 of the big networks (Vodafone) since 1998 (had the same number since day 1) but got sick of the constant price rises and 2 or 3 year commitment to contracts , I was sceptical about switching to Lebara thought it was too good to be true when i took the plunge last April how wrong was i?! Ported my number over seamlessly and not had any issues at all (even activated my 5G last night instantly with a simple online chat).. still on the Vodafone network and paying less p/m than when I got my first phone almost 28 years ago... bonkers!! What's not to love?!

I'd definitely recommend to anyone as it's the cheapest network for calls and data, super happy to be a customer!

Not really. Thought everything was fine until I wanted to phone someone in Germany. Told I had 100 free minutes for EU calls, but it didn't work. Then told I had to pay a minimum of £5 - still wouldn't connect me; then told I couldn't call a premium rate number (even though it wasn't). After 3 months got a message apologising for delay in handling the matter & would I let them have the number to investigate; after another month, still nothing...Today a friend asked why I wasn't using WhatApp - so Lebara couldn't have suggested that?

Yes,I would recommend Lebara to other people.Generous monthly bundles of minutes, texts and data at relatively low cost.. (especially via MSE deal)..combined with improving network coverage..with the merging of Vodafone and Three network..means Lebara,s offerings are rather attractive.

I am fortunate to live in London so don't have a problem with reception and until recently have been satisfied with the service received. Many have said that a company should be judged in how it reacts when something goes wrong. Having suddenly found myself with no internet connection with either 4G, 5G or WiFi I contacted the Customer Service team. They are easy to get hold of but woefully unprepared and technical support non-existent. Contact by email to [email protected] generates a 'We'll get back to you in 5 to 7 working days.'
Nine days into this issue, I wouldn't recommend Lebara to my worst enemy.

No I wouldn’t recommend. Unexplained large data losses in the early hours. Research shows I’m not the only one having this issue either. Reported to Customer support 3 times and promised return calls that never happen . I will be changing provider after my vacation.

I would recommend Lebara. I love it for the international minutes and roam like home. Great value for money.
Had some issues with network but finally got resolved.
Customer service is very good too
