I wouldn’t recommend using Lebara because the mobile internet is very unstable. I have to reboot the phone few times a day to make it work.

I wouldn't recommend you because why the hell would I? People are capable of making their own decisions. There are enough hyper aggressive marketing strategies about already. i don't want to make the world even more capitalist. The fact that your giving away nearly what it costs me to have a phone for a year means even the pittence you charge is raking in astonishing profit for your companies. You don't need more customers, you just have greedy leadership like everyone else.

I would recommend to a friend as Lebara is great value for money.

I’ve always been very impressed with Lebara’s support team but you let me down this time. I told you I’d been given an iPhone but didn’t know if it was working so I got a temporary eSIM. Once I got it working I needed to install the another eSIM but have now been told I have to wait a month to change the eSIM so that I can use the number that’s registered with banks and everyone else.

Good value but the text messaging is inconsistent – my messages are frequently tagged with 'not delivered' when often they are. As a result, I could not recommend Lebara to a friend until this is remedied.
