my phone constantly disconnects from my WiFi… any suggestions please

Since joining Lebara, my phone constantly disconnects from the Internet any advice please.

To confirm Gentlesoul, your phone is disconnecting from wifi networks following joining Lebara? Or is it the mobile network you're having issues with?

Thank you for taking time to respond. My phone is constantly disconnecting from my virgin wifi… even when I’m sat at home! I have never experienced this before… so the common denominator is since joining Lebara… I have an iPhone .. any ideas?

Lebara has no affect on wifi either a wifi issue or virgin internet or phone issue.
Lebara provides mobile networks only they have no ability to affect WiFi.
