I’ve had Lebara for 4 weeks now but I can’t send certain messages ….to enter competitions, message my go surgery etc. please help what do I need to do? It just states message failed . I could do all this with 02 before

Maybe you have an iPhone and in Settings/Messages you have MMS switched ON?
- this stops text messages to non-Apple phones if you do NOT have MMS included in your package (and it's not included with basic Lebara), but I think IS included with O2, albeit at extra cost.
I believe you CAN send (picture pessages) MMS with Lebara , maybe it's included in more expensive packages, otherwise costs 45p per message.

Yes, as previous reply, my iPhone has MMS switched on and this does indeed inhibit the sending of multimedia messages to non-apple devices, also as suggested MMS is not included in your messaging package with Lebara so it’s perhaps preferable to use WhatsApp or similar as an alternative
