I'm new to Lebara and I've received a couple of emails telling me that I can use WiFi calling, yet when I try to set it up there's no option in settings for WiFi calling, I had this on the same handset from my previous supplier. The help desk at Lebara didn't seem to be able to help me... ☹️🤔

Hi, not much help to you I'm afraid but I'm also new to Lebara and I have the same problem, for my and my wife's phone. As with you, WiFi calling worked with our previous provider but the toggle button just isn't there to switch it on. I've tried the help desk but they just keep going through the same procedure. Apparently I've been escalated to Complaint and someone rather uselessly tried to phone me, then sent an email to which I replied, but no useful response yet.
Looking around a couple of forums tells me this is quite a common problem with Lebara.
Hope you get somewhere soon

Your phone has to be on approved list by Vodafone / Lebara for 4g calling / WiFi calling i believe. On Xiaomi / redmi / poco phones you can disable carrier check and enable. Not sure if other phone manufacturers allow you to disable carrier check.

Benson08 I have the same problem with my Motorola Android phone. Customer Services say they have referred my complaint to the technical dept but so far no response from them.
