Calls not going to Voicemail

I've had a few calls today from friends and family reporting it not activating the voicemail message and just ending after several rings. Any ideas how to fix it?

ChrisA5 I have the same problem. Have contacted customer service who were supposed to send me a link to give me a new eSim but nothing has appeared and that is nearly 24 hours now.
I have requested a pac code this afternoonand almost immediately received a "please stay" email supposedly offering me a fantastic deal to stay.... a reduction of 95 pence on what I'm paying now......wow!
I also received a silent call from Lebara about 10 minutes ago.

I've been with Lebara for well over 4 years with 3 different handsets running on Lebara and can only say I am bitterly disappointed with the customer service. I also have problems with how long the phone rings before (NOT) going to voicemail and again customer services were unable to resolve the problem.

Thanks for the info. How disappointing. I've only been with Lebara for a month or so. I'll give customer services a call tomorrow.

Calling customer service fixed this.
Dial 1210 to deactivate voicemail
Dial 1211 to reactivate voicemail
It now appears to work. 🤞
