If you see my other post I've been having problems with voicemail and ring time before going to voicemail. Have contacted CS via chat 3 times now and just get nowhere.........was promised a new esim 3 days ago to hopefully cure the problem.... well it never appeared. I keep getting told to switch off VM and switch it back on .... well I can't even switch it off and it got to the stage yesterday that when somebody calls me and it goes to VM after only about 10 seconds ... they don't hear my voicemail message....just silence ......quickly followed by "the number you have called has not been recognised". I eventually had enough last night and got my pac code. Received a call from Lebara this morning asking why I was leaving...... explained to the lady what had been going on.... admittedly she did apologise but offered no resolution. Very disappointed with CS and that is 3 sims they will be losing to another operator.
Very disappointing customer service.

Well sorry Lebara but I gave you nearly a week to sort this out. I have now left - and yes... I'll close the door on the way out😂.
I now have a reliable voicemail and I've been able to set my ringtone to 25secs instead of barely 15 secs. Oh... And I've now got 3 times the data for the same price.
I think unfortunately the people dealing with customer problems clearly have no technical knowledge and are just working from a script and if the script doesn't work then they are snookered.
Pity..... it worked well for over 4 years and having 100mins to call abroad was a real bonus but not having reliable voicemail is a no no!!

I've just rang 3 times in a row to speak to customer services, all calls seem to go to an Indian call centre.
The first call I was doing security when the line dropped after 4 minutes 51 seconds.
The second call rang through but noone was there and the call dropped after 3 Minutes 40 seconds.
The third call I was doing security when the line dropped after 2 minutes 45 seconds.
After having had my phone stolen and needing documents for insurance this is not good enough, the staff I have talked to over the past few days on 7 calls, I'd have sacked 6 of them, for poor nay shocking customer service.
Lebara you need to do better.
