Port in not worked and frustrated with terrible service.

    I ported my number from O2 a week ago, but it doesn't work - I am unable to make or receive calls or texts. More concerningly, I phoned my own number and somebody else answered - somebody I don't know.
    I keep getting fobbed off that it will be resolved in 24 hours, or that somebody will get in touch with me - nothing. I am so angry and frustrated. Having no phone is affecting my work and my children cannot contact me if I am out of a wifi range.
    I just cannot get answered and told that transferring to a manager or the complaints department is not an option.
    Can anyone give any advice please?

    I encountered the same situation. I also ported my number from O2 to Lebara few days ago.
    The agents keep telling me the bull**** and I have no mobile service for more than 3 days.

      they to have a habit of not telling the truth or not interested in helping at times there customer service
