Been with Lebara 2 weeks. Phone doesn’t work and customer service is next to useless. Need to leave and go to a proper company. How do I get a PAC code???

Did you get the PAC?
If not are you using RCS mode for texting? Try turning off RCS mode, which will revert you to using the old SMS mode and then try again.
