IMS Core.... Are Lebara moving to EE

The new esims use a new IMS core, not Vodafone's. It's been rumoured that Lebara will be moving to EE
VoLTE seems to be limited to certain popular devices at the moment... Will this be lifted eventually, whether or not Lebara move to EE?

On Xiaomi / redmi and Poco phones you can bypass carrier check to enable 4g calling not sure on other models can google.
