Messages not being sent.

Hi just come to Lebara from EE. Previously I'd tap the text bubble on the home screen, fill in the recipient and message boxes and click send. Job done. Now I get message failed to send and the option to send SMS and something else. Never had this problem before. Any ideas please. It's a Google Pixel phone running android 16 but my wife is having the same problem with her iPhone.

Are you using rcs or standard sms

Hi. I'm using RCS. I may have found the problem under phone number verification. The number shown was still the temporary number assigned during porting. I changed that to my old number and, hopefully, the problem is fixed. But thank you for coming back to me so quickly.
