L1verp00lfan Just to update you, the change has now been completed and all working really well. I received a few emails from lebara explaining what to do and a link to set up the eSIM, and choose a date for the transfer, really easy and just received this email
Congratulations! You have successfully switched to our Next-Gen eSIM and your existing number has been transferred over.

Gtbscot That is good news and thanks for updating me. So your existing mobile number has also successfully been ported to the eSIM? Have you tried using the eSIM and there are no issues?
I have asked for my eSIM to be activated on 8 December but have been given a new number. On further enquiring it is a temporary number until 8 December when my existing number gets ported to the eSIM. Fingers crossed....

Just contact our Customer Services team by calling 5588 from your Lebara SIM to request yours. Thanks for your patience as we rolled this out.

I can confirm that both me and my partner have successfully on-boarded to the Lebara eSIM. It took a very long wait for Lebara to come up with the eSIM but we are now finally onboard.
