Unknown charge

I was charged 1.97 for an 0845 number I wasn't even aware of. Struggling to have chat with help , not engaging.

How did you get charged did you leave auto top up on or have credit on account. Lebara doesn't offer to pay fees at end of month everything charged up front

It appears on my call list. They took the charge for some credit I had.

Thank you. I did make the call not realising the number was not local. Fortunately I had some credit which paid for it.
