Moving a SIM to another lebara account

Good Morning all
I am currently paying for my son's Lebara SIM . We would like the sim to be transferred to him so that he can pay for it .
I assume the process would be similar to >
* He creates his own account
* Purchases a plan (does he have to order a sim card?)
* We apply for a PUK code ?
Is there a simpler way ?
