International roaming

If going on a carribean cruise, do you have to buy a roaming package for each individual island or is there one package to cover the region?

I have just returned from a trip to Argentina (5 days) and Brazil (10 days). I originally bought an 8 day add on for Argentina and intended, after my 5 day Argentina leg, to buy two 8 day add ons for Brazil. However, after buying the first add on, I looked in the app and it told me that the add on "would also work in these countries" and listed a whole bunch of other places. Sure enough, after I left Argentina my add on continued to work in Brazil.
In short I'd say the one package will cover all

I thought that might be the case. Thanks, will see how it goes.
