Unauthorised monthly payments

Hi there, I am new to these forums so please bear with me as a newbie.
I have just discovered that, in addition to my 2 correct SIM-only payments of £6.95 and £5.00, Lebara have been taking a £10.00 payment from my bank since September 2025.
How do I go about getting this £70.00 refunded?

I would ring customer support, the staff can’t really assist on the forums
