Has anyone received an email regarding auto renewal needing to be switched on. I received a very convincing looking email then realised it was a scam to get hold of my card details

Geoffrad2309 just a suggestion, but maybe you could post a screenshot of that email (minus your personal details obviously) to give the community a heads up of what to look out for. All the best

We've seen a few similar reports on the community over the weekend Geoffrad2309. Thanks for sharing your experience, it helps others be more aware. We also have some advice on spotting scams on here.

          Hi,
I think this is the scam email in question? Or similar? It looks convincing but very generic and I also logged into my account separately not using their link and auto renewal is definitely still on.... they also sent texts too...

Yes that's it. I couldn't work out how to upload a screenshot to this site so couldn't share. Thanks
