Trying to buy a second Sim for my kid but the system does not allow me

I tried to buy a nano Sim card that I need for a kid smart watch and gps tracker, but the Lebara sites does not allow me to purchase a second card, even that it is not for me
Any thoughts?

Strange i thought you could register a number of cards against your account.
