    Hi everyone,

    With our new community up and running we feel it's a great time to get some insights from our customers. Everyone has their own reasons for joining a mobile network, whether it was coverage, value for money, customer service or a recommendation or referral from a friend or family member.

    - What made you decide to join Lebara?
    - Was there one factor or a mix of things?
    - If you've been with Lebara for a while, what's the main reason you've stayed?

    Ill be honest...the main reason I joined Lebara was cost. It hit the sweet spot of price vs data allowance. The fact that the price has stayed low (sim only) has meant Ive never looked elsewhere for literally years now. In fact I now have 4 handsets registered to my account. I also like the app, its easy to track usage of each handset and keep an eye on whats going on.

      Nothing wrong with cost being the main factor in your decision MarkAW, especially these days with the cost of living being so high!

      appreciate the feedback on the app, it's fantastic that you can manage 4 devices all at the same time. Are there any other app features that you're fond of?

        As a lite user the price point was right for me, coming from EE the coverage on Vodafone and the voice quality of calls were better too.
        It's a shame that the latter 2 will be coming to an end when we are moved onto your own core network and EE.
