Anyone else tried to change a sim and found that Tesco has sold them a new phone? We had a 35GB cheap Lebara sim from MSE for 6 months. When that contract expired we tried to change to a 3GB but ended up, via a very noisy call centre, being congratulated on our new Apple iPhone 17 Pro Cosmic Orange 256GB from Tesco mobile! Now spent hours trying to stop it.
