How do I put my subscription on hold for 6 month while I am out of UK?

Lizgiggy Lebara SIMs stay valid for 90days of non usage after which the SIM is temporarily barred. The sim will continue to stay active for a further 365 days of inactivity and only after that period will the SIM be permanently banned.

You can reactivate your SIM at any point during this 1 year period by topping up your balance or purchasing a plan from any of our channels such as the My Lebara app or the main website. This process will reset the SIM and you can then continue to use it as normal. So if you're away for 6 months I would suggest letting the SIM plan discontinue then reactivate once you're back in the UK.
