I bought a £20 Lebara voucher with sim card as a temporary measure for my daughter after she mislaid her phone. I put the sim in her old phone and used the activation code before we left. She received a message to say she has no credit. I checked on my Lebara account as l had placed the new number on it to check for problems. It doesn't show any credit, even though the 14 digit activation code was accepted
Cam someone advise me how to rectify this without the activation code which is at home?
