Intermittent service for over 10 days

    I have only been with Lebara for 2 months, I have 4 numbers with them. All worked perfectly until 10 days ago, now I get very intermittent service on all of my numbers. Sometimes the 5G works and I may be able to make one or two calls then it all stops again. My neighbour is also on Lebara and is having the same issue. I am also on a local Facebook group and many people are having the same issues in my area. I have called CS many times, what a waste of time that has been, they do not have a clue as to what is happening. I called again yesterday to raise a complaint and accordingly to them it's the 1st time I've raised the issue, complete nonesence. I am looking to take all my numbers to another provider, I'm paying them good money for a service I can't use...
    Oh I forgot, they said to use WiFi calling, well that doesn't work either.

    All my numbers work perfectly when away from the area I live in.

    Have you checked Vodafone coverage to see of any works in area.
