My old number isn’t working

Hi, I thought I’d kept my old number. I’ve had messages from both Lebara and BT that my old number will be retained but all texts are still Coming up as the temporary number And if I switch it off then resort to iCloud email

Chilli did you use a PAC code to transfer your number from BT to Lebara?

Hi Martin, yes I did. I have spoken to one of the team on Friday and she said the only solution was a replacement sim card, so I am waiting for that to arrive, hopefully tomorrow.
