How do I top up after using a scratch card

I've been trying for so long with no luck

If you bought a voucher or scratch card from a local shop (like Post Office, PayPoint, or supermarkets):

Via Dialer: Dial *#1345* followed by your 12 or 14-digit voucher number, then # and press the call button.
Example: *#1345*12345678901234#

Via Phone: Call 5588 and follow the automated prompts to enter your voucher code.
