help needed please

I have 2 plans active, one has run out of international minutes and i bought a 200 minute add on, and a regular top up but its not letting me make a call to canada even tho canada is included in the plan
i SHOULD currently have 300 available international minutes ??
also i am in estonia right now on holiday i was able to make calls outside of the eu but now i cant ever since it ran out BUT I BOUGHT MORE AND ITS NOT LETTING ME thank you

I would contact customer service you can live chat them or call them and hopefully they will sort it for you quickly
