I was emailed a 5gb free data add on for being a customer for 12 months. I have run out of normal paid data but the free add on has not activated. It is showing in my account, but there seems no way to access it. It is only valid for a month and that time is passing by. Pretty pointless to offer a loyalty reward that you can’t use!
