Why are new customers getting better sim deals than customers who have been with Lebara for years?

It happens with most companies though when you think about it. An existing customer is already there so they don’t need to be enticed. But you’re correct,existing customers should get the deals on offer too. All the best

It is a bit annoying. I'm currently on the Uswitch 15GB 30 day contract at £6.95 a month. Just noticed USwitch now do 20GB for the same price.

Asked online chat if they could give me the extra 5GB and was told I would have to order a new sim via USwitch and port my number.. Boo Hiss :P
