Switched to Lebara in March—since Apr 1 no calls, texts, or OTP. Support still unreachable.E-sim issue, anyone ever resolve this?
Looks like I'm the April Fool as moved to Lebara from Vodafone in March with my new iPhone Air, and since April 1st, I can't make / receive any calls nor texts. I can't even get OTP, so can't log into any bank account! Technical were due to call me on Sunday, and I gave them my partner's Lebara mobile for the call, they promised they would. I found out just now that technical sent a text according to their call centre to my non-working phone on Tuesday stating they tried to call me twice on Monday but there is no record of which number they tried. Pretty obvious they ignored my request to ring my partner's mobile number or our landline but they decided best move was to ring the number that wasn't working.
