i hope you can help me please i ported my number to you from Asda mobile because i have had a problem for just over 4 weeks and getting no where with them doing the same trouble shooting . the fault a Network routing problem i thinks as i have tried the sim card in 4 diffrent phones.and the problem is still happening now on Lebara .what it is only people who use the Vodafone network can get through all other networks inclueing landlines get calls not being connected to this number.
