Loss of data

Hi, been with Lebara for two months now and no problems.
Over the past three days I have noticed my allowance of data dropping remarkably.
When at home I’m connected to my home WiFi when out I don’t use the internet unless I log onto a local WiFi but haven’t done that over past three days. Having noticed this drop I turned my data off on the phone, but it’s still dropping.
Has anyone got any ideas why please

Hi, sorry no ideas, but my husbands is doing the same. Data dropping and battery life - it goes flat nearly daily. Lost 70% battery just overnight last night.
yet I also swapped to Lebara and mine is fine. Weird - yet hard to connect to anyone for help!

Haven’t had the battery problem but agree I can’t find a way of speaking to anyone, hence asking the community 🤷♂️
