Problems claiming referral reward

    Is any one else struggling to get their referral rewards? I have two emails notifying me that rewards are ready to collect but when I try to find them in the Lebara/Aklamio account there is nothing there.

    I would advise contacting support via the chat feature.

      abrahad : Me too. At least three emails saying reward is coming sent over the months and on the 7th January I get one which says reward is active but none of the links work and it also says expires on the 7th January ??? Have emailed their support at RAEsupport@ lebara.com as suggested in the email but the reponse was that it might take 5 days to get back to me. Never had this troube when I referred people to Smarty or GiffGaff. Lebara need to up their game or there will be a lot of disappointed punters. Not bothering with the chat support as I find AI infuriatingly unhelpful.

          I have had an email response which confirmed payment is cleared but the balance is still zero. I will try the chat as you suggest.

              I have also been unable to cash out my reward. It allows me to go the the Raf page but as soon as I attempt to type my email the screen glitches. Ive spoke to chat who stated they would refresh my account and it would take 24hrs to correct itself. Find this type of response annoying as it rarely comes to fruition and normally just a tactic to get rid me. Low n behold 48hrs later the issue is still there.

                    Superuser25 Thanks for that. I always prefer to use Windows on my PC and there does not appear to be a link to chat on there. Downloaded and installed Android app and the bottom line is despite being told to claim my rewards now, I need to wait for the full 90 days before checking again. Not to hopeful but I'll check again after 90 days.

                      Has anyone managed a resolution to their issue?? Ive now spoke 3x via chat to be told the issue will be resolved. Yet still im unable to cash out my reward!!

                        abrahad, lealea, rabbitwarren I'm not aware of any issues with the Refer and Earn pages but I'll check in with the team that manages it to see if they know of any problems or have any suggestions on how you can claim your rewards.

                          I have had no choice but to log a complaint today.. 5 days attempting to resolve this via the chat option has been an absolute waste of my time. Told a ticket was raised to then be told no ticket was ever raised and today the chat operator kept me waiting over an hour and then asked the same 2 questions over and over again.. and still the issue was not resolved

                            Martin Thanks for that Martin. Seems to be a problem with the support requests as well as the referral payments. Have to wait another 5 days to see if they respond to my email (apart from the auto response) so if that excludes the weekends I'll come back and update next week. Not too impressed with it TBH.

                              abrahad Finally got there and my rewards have been paid out. The problem was that I had two Aklamio accounts by accident. One I could get into with zero balance and the other holding my rewards I couldn't access. Once Aklamio merged the two accounts I had no further problems.
