lebara app can't download

I signed up for PAYG lebara while in the UK. They sent a text with link encouraging me to download the Lebara UK app. I got an error that it isn't available in my country - ie in the UK.
I've tried again since going to Switzerland and still not available.
Lebara also sent instructions to look up remaining credit which also don't wor.
I now regret switching from Giffgaff, and strongly considering to go back.

You must have your google account set as location outside UK.
Are you downloading via app store or just via link.
Or possibly you have VPN enabled.

I tried in and outside the UK, with and without VPN, direct search in App store or link. Reproducibly doesn't allow me to download.

Yes but i suspect your profile is set to outside uk for your Google or apple account.
This isnt a lebara issue sounds like app store profile
