Porting in

Hi - scheduled to port in today.
I’ve now noticed the phone is not connected to any network with only WiFi available.
is this temporary and part of the porting process or has something gone wrong?

Only usually takes about 20-25 minutes. Check the phone number you wish to keep (the number portin) is correctly in this app, in your profile and in your phone settings. If not get on live chat and explain your situation. All the best
