These days you don't need a gym membership to get into shape, with a massive variety of health a fitness apps available you can get some fantastic aids to your workout and fitness goals.

I've shared a few personal recommendations for useful fitness apps below.
Strava
This app is great for tracking your workouts and analysing progress and it has the option to follow friends and family which is great for friendly competition and keeping yourself accountable.
HIIT Interval Training Timer
This app requires a bit of knowledge on the users part about what sort of exercises you're doing and allows you to set the duration, number of rounds and rest time for HIIT workout session.
Caliber Fitness
Not one I've used personally but several friends swear by it. A science-based fitness coaching program that helps you build muscle and lose weight this app offers a fitness assessment followed by a personalised workout plan with 1 on 1 coaching.
