New text messages

Hi, anyone know why each time I send a text message to a number my message is undelivered?
sent whilst online, from home internet connection.

Are you sending to standard number or premium
Are you using RCS / Imessage

Thanks for your response, I’m not aware it’s anything other than standard, the latest was a text to leave a message on the bbc during the Marathon yesterday. It was an iMessage sent from iPhone 15+.

Was this a premium number or non standard number you were texting
Do normal mobile phone texts work to friends etc or family

Premium number must top up account as your texting outside allowance.

Thanks Superuser25, I had no idea a) it was a premium number and b) premium numbers like these are excluded from my account.
Do you know what I have to do to include them for future use?

You need to use top up feature to add credit to account.
Lebara isnt post pay its pre pay must pay for extras upfront
