Maybe contact your bank and cancel the Direct Debit. All the best

There is no direct debit with Lebara. You may have enabled auto top up turn it off.

If you look in the app if you scroll down it shows auto top up active or inactive.

When you log in on app or website,landing page shows Your Plans. Go Manage then uncheck Automatic renewal tab. All the best
