    I think it’s came upto a month for my data. I got the plan 9 pound a month Now it’s a surprise to me that my plan is gone I can’t call or text nothing no internet. I suppose that I need to get a new plan again. But why do I have to keep doing a plan manually. Why can’t it just renew its self? It’s a bit annoying!!! Can someone explain to me what’s going on please thanks

    When you log in on app or website,landing page shows Your Plans. Go Manage then check Automatic renewal tab. All the best
