Since switching telephone numbers from 02 to lebara I can no longer receive calls from any other mobile network except Lebara or Vodafone. Which has put me in a dangerous position of not being in touch with my doctors or hospital. Phoned Lebara they are useless. What shall I do?

No. I googled the problem and it has a name and isn't uncommon with 02. It's "incomplete porting" and can take 6 weeks for 02 to switch it. But it should be reported to Lebara whch I've done. Or at least the woman on the phone.

OK thanks for the update Rexham, If O2 have confirmed the issue is on their side I would suggest getting in contact again as 6 weeks seems a bit long to get this resolved!

I don't know who's late switching. If Lebara can't fix it now I have informed them I'll get another account and they can go through the switching no's again.

I’m not sure if this will help you . After a month back and forth with Lebara I was still no further forward .. so I reached out to the giffgaff community and they solved my problem of being unable to ring certain numbers . I was told this was a porting issue
Lebara told me to reset the mobile data .. this did not work .
giffgaff told me to reset the phone network settings .. this did lose my wifi passwords but has worked for me . Maybe it will work for you
settings#general#transfer or reset iphone # reset phone settings
just need to remember your wifi settings before doing it so you can get back in after reset

I'd suggest getting in contact with customer support pamcar so they can check what's going on with the port.

I contacted them yet again on Friday 8th (7 days ago !) and have still not received a reply or even a courtesy call .. really disappointed and wish I’d never moved to Lebara
