Porting from Vodafone

    Hi there, I’m a new customer with my number ported across as of last Thursday but had a terrible experience. Still no data, 4g or 5g, can’t call landlines, and can only call a couple of mobile numbers. So basically I need permanent WiFi to be able to use my phone.
    Lebara customer service is awful; repeated promises and it’ll be all sorted within 24 hours. Complaint service were meant to call me today after I asked for it to be escalated - no call.

    verging on giving up and moving to a new provider - I wasn’t expecting any bells and whistles, just the basics.

    anyone else had this experience and can recommend what to do?

    It sounds like the port may not have completed properly, or there may have been a fault during the transfer. I’d recommend contacting customer service and asking them to escalate it so they can investigate what went wrong

      I second Chris250 's advice Sarahc, it sounds like something has gone wrong with the porting process and you should contact customer support for help getting it sorted.
