i have a samsung galaxy s24 ultra and a Lebara sim only deal
i dialled 1210 and it tells me vm is now turned off but people are still able to get through to my vm and leave a message. i rang customer services who told me to restart my phone after dialling 1210. its still not disabled.
i tried dialling ##002# but that won't turn off vm. i rang customer services again and they sent me a sms with this info:
Dear customer , kindly follow this steps :-
1. Open the Phone app.
2. Tap the 3 dots (top right).
3. Select Settings.
4. Tap Supplementary services or Calling accounts (varies by carrier).
5. Select Call forwarding.
6. You will see options like:
o Forward when busy
o Forward when unanswered
o Forward when unreachable
7. Turn OFF all of them (or tap each one and select Disable).
i went into that menu and i can't disable those options because they haven't been enabled and there is no number set to forward calls to.
i had a Lebara sim only deal 2yrs ago and was able to turn off vm with ease.
