Ask yourself if you really need voicemail. The reason I say this is that, with voicemail 'On' the maximum time you can set your phone to ring is 30 seconds before it switches to voicemail. If this isn't long enough then the only way to make it ring for longer is to switch voicemail 'Off'. When it's off the phone will continue to ring until you answer it or the caller ends the call.
To turn voicemail off ring 1210.
To turn it back on ring 1211
To set how long the the phone rings for: Call **61*121*11*25# (This sets it to 25 seconds). I think you could use 30 (instead of 25) to set to 30 seconds.
