Help

Original mobile number transferred today to new lebara sim. Incoming calls going g to old ee voicemail and so phone not ringing. Plus outgoing calls I can hear them but im being distorted on and off?
Is this normal on change over day ?

Not something I've ever had. Sounds like the line hasn't transferred properly.
