Why can’t I send a SMS, I receive them but if u send they are returned UNDELIVERED

Why can’t I send an SMS?

Are you texting standard number or premium?

Yes premium

You need to top up your credit.

Lebara has no credit checks so anything outside allowances must be paid for upfront as Lebara doesn't offer credit.

You can use top up or turn on auto top up but money is taken straight away.

Guessing that’s the problem, so can’t send SMS to premium numbers?

You can send to premium numbers if you add credit to your account which is done via the app. Minimum top up is £5.
