rubbish signal

Hi all,

So, lve changed my provider to Lebara and have found that even though i live within a couple of yards from the mast I get very poor signal. With my last provider I had excellent signal. Even when I've been to my parents house that is on a hill and have a clear line of sight of the mast, the signal is still poor.
I've restarted my phone, check all the network settings and the signal is still poor.
My question is:- is lebara network connected to the mast in my area as it is a newish mast.

Great question for the community, as I understand it, UK masts don't necessarily transmit all networks.

Having said that, Lebara has 99% 4G coverage across the UK and 5G coverage in hundreds of UK towns and cities.

So, I stuck it out for nearly a month with very poor signal. So I've gone back to my original provider. Here is a image for reference of the signal I have from Lebara and my original provider.
