bit of a long one I’m afraid. So I’ve recently had to leave my job due to my Health and a currently receiving Benefits. I use the £10 plan each month as we have Wi-Fi at home and it seems to last me Anyway, they tried to take the money out of my account but I didn’t have it in there so today when I did have it I put £10 on my phone and it all went through with the banking app and everything was fine but then it told me I’d used all my minutes so basically I phoned Customer Service who said I hadn’t bought a plan. I’ve just bought £10 worth of Internet and minutes which went in half hour anyway I asked if they could put me over onto the plan the same plan that I get every month, but they ref refused to do it saying I would have to do it all over again. I told Emmanuel? At Customer Service services but they just said I will have to top up again.
I’M REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE HELP I’VE HAD TODAY FROM CUSTOMER SERVICES, I THOUGHT THEY HAD THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE ENTIRE COUNTRY OBVIOUSLY NOT
