Hi can I use my sim in Europe in my Motorhome WiFi device?ot is 10kb sim

You would need to configure the wifi device with apn settings once sim installed.

Thanks for that but I can’t see how to put that in my router can I put it in my phone to put in vpn then back in router?

No the apn settings arent saved to sim they are configured on the device
